Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached in original packaging.

No returns on worn items, clearance items, or embroidered/personalized products.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return:
Email: dominionacademy123@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll reply with instructions.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
